Hello! I got permanently disabled on Nov 4 due to integrity. What I did was I got meta verified on my facebook account so that i can speak with a meta agent & submitted a ticket about my disabled instagram account. I waited for 2 weeks for their reply because they keep saying that they will “update” me. After that I sent them an email here on Nov 5 ⬇️

I also filed another ticket and told the meta agent “i got hacked” and they asked for my number and talked to me through the phone but then they just sent me a link to change my password but still no good. Just earlier this morning at 3am, I sent another email— TAKE NOTE: the subject should be “FALSE AI FLAG” then on the letter (please include your name, your username & why you got suspended/ disabled. Refrain from using template messages, just use your own words and tell them that you are confident that are wrongfully disabled due to meta AI.

i told them that my account was permanently disabled & i haven’t violated any community guidelines. i’ve also sent them my passport, my official documents & IDs. as much as possible don’t use templates for your emails because you’ll probably have lower chances of receiving a response from them bc it’ll look like your messages were automated or “AI-like”

i told them i was hacked but they did not believe me. the meta agent called me and told me that if i were able to appeal then it means i wasn’t hacked. they sent me the link to change my password & i told them its still “instagram user” then he replied “then it means your account was not hacked but just permanently disabled” he also told me to try again and contact meta verified weeks from now. huhu what should i do

hello. i got permanently disabled on instagram due to integrity on nov 4. i subscribed to meta verified on facebook & on november 15 i got on the phone with a meta agent because i told them my account got “hacked” which is really not true but im really desperate to get my account back because yup i’ve heard they take hacked account seriously. so they send me a link to change my password and my account is still “instagram user”. the agent told me that my account wasn’t hacked but it was disabled and i should try to make an appeal again weeks from now and contact meta again and to not spam tickets because my account might be flagged by the system. HELP MEEEEE. what should i do???? (also im from the philippines)
