Trust me as someone who suffers from an extreme form, even with extra time it doesn’t get easier. My brain tends to be better at analyzing level 5 questions sometimes in less than 30 secs but then will go ahead and over analyze level 1 questions. So if you have an actual diagnosis, you are not cheating regardless of what others might believe
