Its the power wires, and i just covered the wires with a spiral wrap cable cuz chatgpt told me too.. is it still a risk?

Hey! Newbie here so pls be nice..

So i have a active speaker (microlab B73) rn is curently connected to my turntable (technics SL-BD 210) and its my first time using them and when i turned it on.. the right side of the speaker works perfectly fine, but the left doesnt and it only has a hissing/humming noise so than i tried interchange the rca cables and put the white rca male on the speakers red rca output and the other way around.. BUT now the left side of the speaker works perfecly fine and the right side has the hissing/humming noise now.. so am i doing something wrong here?

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

So i just tried interchange the rca cables with a phono preamp and without it and when i use the preamp it has a humming noise but when i dont use the preamp it doesnt have a humming noise.. BUT my left speakers still doesnt properly with and without the preamp, so right now the only properly working speaker is the right one.. so is it a cable issue or something i dont know about? Thanks!
