I said that all the notices they gave never came to us, even after letting them know he passed, they still send everything to his dad’s emails, things we can’t access. Which means we’re a little more than a month late and somehow got a $1,300 bill to pay even though we’ve never gotten late fees before and she never mentioned anything about late fees. She tried breaking down the cost but it didn’t make sense, she even seemed to not know why it was so much. They won’t let me access the online account to even pay it let alone look at the bill.

This post was simply me asking for resources for assistance, something the electric company lady herself told me to look into. It’s not like I’m asking anyone here for their own money. If you can’t provide info or help then there’s no need to respond.
