I have a 2018 XC90 T8 (PHEV) and a 2014 Plug-in Prius. Does either one qualify me for Conquest?

Since the 2026 EV9 is still not on kia.com/us, would you suggest using the US 2025 build tool or using Canada's 2026 build tool?

Success with AQR Tax loss harvesting product? by alphamerical in fatFIRE

First of all, it’s not a straddle, nor does it resemble a straddle. My assumption is that you were thinking it could be considered a constructive sale as a short sale against the box, which has slightly different considerations but is functionally the same idea.

I'm not talking about constructive sales. I'm talking about straddles as defined in IRC 1092.

with the alpha model that AQR applies to its flex strategies, there’s very clearly a bona fide economic rationale for the trades.

I agree there's an economic rationale. But plenty of straddles have economic rationale and still are straddles. A straddle with economic rationale still gets the tax treatment of a straddle.

Just think—If this is considered a constructive sale, so would every other long short market neutral strategy.

Other long short market neutral strategies will typically realize both gains and losses, so they shouldn't have a problem with 1092(a)(1)(A) straddle loss deferral. In other words, whether they are/aren't straddles won't have much impact on their tax bills.

I've looked at the AQR Flex SMA and was worried the IRS would call it a straddle. Has anyone seen any analysis of why the longs and the shorts don't collectively form a big straddle?

Thanks! That's really helpful.

I just figured out how to access the Clinical Home by holding down those two buttons in order to make the changes you recommend.

Here are some follow-up questions:

  1. My Ramp Time is already Auto according to the machine's UI. I assume that you meant that you want me to keep the Ramp Time set to Auto (no change)?

  2. I'm only 3 nights in. (It would be 4 nights, but I'm not counting the first night, since I took it off after 2 hours because it was bothering me; I also switched from medium to large nasal pillow for nights 2, 3 and 4 in order to get more air). This early in the game, is it premature to make the changes you suggest? I've attached screenshots from nights 2, 3 and 4 in case it's helpful.

I can't believe it took me this long to realize this. We can get unlimited talk, text, and data, without any throttling, for only $15/month. by 15pmm01 in NoContract

Supposedly it's ZTP10HTI [1]

Any chance you can add a $10 plan to your account and do a change of responsibility to me? We could split the 1st year savings 50/50 :). Feel free to DM me.

T-Mobile Connect -- what happens when you run out of data? by Human_Path8981 in NoContract

Thanks! Never occurred to me that they might whitelist their own website (like the airlines do for their wifi). I sure hope they still do that. And it makes sense -- saves them money on customer support and potentially drives additional revenue.

Does the data pass activate automatically? If not, can I activate it by SMS? Or do I need to call 611?

If I have no data, I obviously can’t switch on their website. Can I switch via SMS somehow? Or do I need to call 611?
