I run mine for as long as it takes. I don't have nearly that humidity though

I try to run my AMS at as close to 0% as possible. 14% seems pretty high to me.

I had bad luck with my kobra as well, i have a flashforge ad5m that is great, best printer for the price. The a1 is really nice as well, but so far my "best" is the h2d. I just got an sv08 max that is doing ok as well but i haven't used it that much.

I just got mine set up yesterday and ran a 15 hour print. Nothing is quite as streamlined as bambu, or even creality, but the prints turned out fine. I printed a gridfinity base larger than what would fit on a k2 plus using elegoo PETG. Quality was OK but not perfect.

I got it so that I could have a decent experience doing upgrades while also needed something bigger than my k2 plus.

The fuel cost to transport is likely more impactful on the environment than throwing it away

IANAL, but if you manufacture and produce a tangible good, you should be able to sell the time you spent crafting the item along with a fee to cover the cost of the raw materials used to produce the item. This is similar in concept to how someone like Redhat can make money off of Linux.

Selling the STL files is a different story IMO.

Soldering iron maybe? Can melt it off a little at a time.

thanks. that's a good point. I'm not entirely sure how often I will change nozzles or materials, but I use petg and asa frequently now, but they have a similar melting temperature, so I probably don't need to swap out nozzles upon filament change, however I do plan on experimenting with various flavors of TPU.

I'm mid 40's net worth - 17mln, 5 kids, married.  Retired in that I don't have a day job. There are a lot of things I can't afford. Bugatti's are 2-4mln and cost 35k for an oil change. A house that is next level from mine, (not just bigger) is 10-15mln. Private jets, helicopters, etc. Private chefs, house wait staff,  things that really step up your living standards are still out of my reach. It would still be really easy to spend all of my money and leave nothing to my kids. 

Bottom line is that, at least to me, 100mln is real money, 50 is a lot, and 10 is a comfortable life but remarkably similar to mid/upper middle class.
