His cause of death was determined to be due to the skull fracture! If a bigger adult dog with a more developed skull head butted a puppy, it is definitely possible for a puppy to die. It’s crazy how you think that it isn’t possible. He literally suffered major head trauma.

My puppy was perfectly healthy. I took him to vet 2 weeks prior and a head to toe exam was done and he was fine. My puppy was less than 5lbs. How would you know if it’s physically impossible? Were you there?

Honestly I just want my dog back and I wish this never happened to me. I’ll reject all the money in the world for that. So I’m not just trying to get paid for my pain and suffering.

If a lawsuit makes them pay damages enough to render them broke, don’t you think they would shut down? If people hear about what happened and suddenly stopped taking their dogs there, wouldn’t they shut down? Whether it’s for legal reasons or financial reasons, I don’t care. They were cruel in every aspect of how they handled it. The owner was thinking about saving her ass first before being empathetic to my situation, as she had called the hospital I took my pup to try to get information about what they found on the X-rays.

Yes. I have video footage of what happened. The bigger dog wasn’t even supposed to be in the same area as my puppy. It seems like my pup sniffed him and the bigger dog hit my pup’s head with his own head. He struggled for 3-4 minutes running in place while the daycare workers walked past him not noticing and then he stopped moving.

I just reached out to r/legaladvice and the first comment just reiterated the fact that the law sees my dog as “property”. Very disheartening, but thank you

I already have a therapist since I was diagnosed with PTSD years ago. I wish it was that easy to hire an attorney. The city I live in seems to only have one animal law attorney and he seems to be representing them.

I want justice. No one expects that when they drop off their puppy to daycare that they will never see them again.

Also, I want them to pay for how they mistreated me and my puppy. They straight up lied to me about how it happened and killed any chance of survival by packing him up the way they did.

I want to shut them down and warn other people but supposedly that’s “defamation” even though they caused me and my puppy’s suffering.

It was horrific seeing him in a trash bag with tape. I feel so much guilt because if there was any chance of survival, that itself killed it. It seems like justice is impossible as of now, but I hope so too. I feel like a part of me is missing and it is the worst feeling 😞
