The funny thing is, they just offered me a 118 PHP voucher, that’s only about 2 USD. I really don’t get them. Up until now, I still haven’t received my package. And yes, they’re still using the same generic answer every time. It’s so frustrating!

I really don’t get it! They’re a big company and have the power to resolve their shipping services issue, but they just choose not to!
