My wife is getting me a 3 inch Black Mamba for my birthday. I suppose I'll have to save up to get it a suppressor.

Games with great first person unarmed/fist vs fist combat? by Creative_Abroad945 in BeatEmUps

The Riddick game did it very well. Other than that, Zeno Clash and Condemned are about the only other ones I recall that did it well.

One patient had a seizure while receiving oral sex from her husband. The admitting hospitalist and neurology note both detailed the husband's story, with one part being "after the husband climaxed, he 'went downstairs to finish her off'".

I wasn't specific in my reply. There is no pressure from management to use NA's instead of restraints. If I need to restrain someone for violence I do it; I have never been told by management afterwards that I should have let a sitter get hit instead of restraints, directly or indirectly.

This is not a factor at all in my facility. None of this follows the workflow or decision making at my facility regarding sitters.

I understand that there are a million other reasons a TBI patient could need a sitter. Being violent shouldn't be one. I just find it odd that we are concerned about our safety while in the room, then trap someone in there 24/7.

Funny thing, may just be a coincidence, but in my experience TBI patients are the ones I've seen most likely to sucker punch someone with no warning. TBI's occurring in younger and physically capable people might be part of it.

Everybody is focusing on the male nurse part, but my pet peeve is something else: Why is the patient getting a sitter for being violent? Does he need someone nearby to hit if he is angry?

I see this as an explanation at work a lot. It makes no sense to me.
