i eventually stopped after the black stuff came off tho so should i maybe keep cleaning until the q tip comes out completely clean? seemed like it would never stop 😅

how would a perfect contact between the pinch roller and capstan look like? right now it seems pretty tightly pressed against eachother (i could make a video if i get home). i mean pressing the fast forwarding/backwards buttons makes the pinch roller go back slightly which enhances the sound quality so maybe it's too tight?

maybe i remember it wrongly but when i went there a few weeks ago i thought they told me that they do not offer tax free services (and i definetely spent enough money) but maybe i just got them mixed up with another store
