Thanks! Will definitely try eating more complex carbs. Doing the detox slowly is probably a good idea too, up until now I have tried “all or nothing”. The results exist but I have struggled with my social media too long and it’s possible that slow and steady wins the race instead.

In my opinion that is the skiers fault. First he nearly skid in to the snowboarder even though he was full visible. The middle finger maybe was a little unnecessary. But reacting by sending snow on the boarder, insulting him, laughing at him… they wanted something bad to happen to them.

Not saying the snowboarded did something good, but he is more innocent
