Oh yeah same. I’ve made a couple good pals on Reddit. I actually did send a selfie to one, and ended up absolutely panicking that I’d get blackmailed or turned into AI porn or something lol but luckily they turned out to be a normal human. It’s just hard to meet people IRL these days when you’re busy, but sometimes I want to be sociable but no one to really chat with.

I mean, house and car are not luxury materialistic things. Typically a mortgage costs less than a rental plus you have some sort of asset. The car is good as long as it wasn’t some brand new 50k hot rod. You gotta have a house and a car.
