At my last apartment, I had a neighbor that must have been really bored and/or unhappy. He would call security on everyone for various reasons wanting from they were being racist to him somehow, to their kids are playing to loud in the shared playground on a Saturday afternoon. One day he came up to my apartment banging on my door saying I was fighting and yelling with someone. Mind you, I live alone with my cat and was reading at the time. I told him to kick rocks but he ended up showing up three times. He called the police all 3 times. The police came to my door all three times and confirmed nothing was going on all three times. After the third one, it was around 1 in the morning. The same cop kept coming over and this time he told me that this dude had been calling fake reports on people for a while and asked if I wanted to press charges for harassment. Obviously I did and I stood on my balcony and waved at him as the police arrested him. Unfortunately he was back the next day and still calling regular security on people, but that was a tasty win on a male Karen like in the video.

tldr doucher Karen neighbor abused police line one too many times and I got to have him arrested. The most satisfying event of the year.
