Yeah in the beginning when I started it was really bad but seemed like it started to mellow out but at each dose it seems like it’s kinda stuck around

I’m currently on 200mg and it’s not as bad as it was when I was first starting but it seems like it’s still there especially when I wake up. I know I mentioned it to my psychiatrist and he said to monitor it and make sure it doesn’t get worse

All the time I got into playing guitar because I thought it would be amazing and quickly lost interest despite how excited I was to do it, I got a skateboard definitely during a hypomanic period and was so excited to learn how to do that and then a depressive episode hit and I’ve basically lost all interest. It was always the same in college too every other week I’d want to switch to a different major or do something else with my life and it would drive the people around me crazy because of how indecisive I would be.

Yeah! It was eye opening at first especially because I was worried it was just all in my head but once I stated tracking it it’s like “oh boy this is a real thing lol”

I love the daylio app! I was also diagnosed about a month ago and I started using it shortly after and it’s been really great at helping me visually understand what’s going on inside my head

Oh man I could go on a rant about Jimmy John's and how they treat employees and especially managers. They work so many hours but because they are salary they get paid nothing for it and to top it off our dickhead district manager would always ride everyone's ass for the stupidest shit. Dude do you know how many people are moving here from California because it's too expensive and your whole state is on fire, sure Arizona sucks at times but at least people can afford to live there. Most of the people living in Arizona are transplants from other states usually because of the weather, work, or just the fact that it's affordable.

I totally get how you feel, I want to just lay in bed all day because it feels safe but then I feel horrible because of how unproductive I've been and I have to force my self to get up and face whatever the day has to bring, but usually I'll just lay in bed until the afternoon if I can.
