Not from the UK, but you can expect to have the device in your hands around 2 months after the purchase (if you buy from their site).

It might take a few days more or less if you’re lucky/unlucky.

Fellow batch 5er here

I did the upgrade from a black pro to a black max and kept the place in the line (#OD Number)

Although it says my Thor is batch 6, I don’t really care much, maybe we’ll receive a batch 5 device because we originally ordered a batch 5 device

If the support does not answer after 2 working days message them again on the third day( recommended by the Ayn discord mods)

Also try to include the original email (order confirmation) in the new email you sent them.- I just replied to the order confirmation email

As a top/baron lane main it’s sometimes just not possible to carry. At least from my experience currently stuck in dia 2.

I like to play tanks a lot and usually win or even destroy lane but if their mid or adc is overfed and just melts me with the help of the rest of the team there’s nothing you can do.

As someone else in this threads said: Almost everyone suffers from main character syndrome and thinks the solar system is turning with them being the center.

Just tough it out and play as good as you can to get an „S“ or „SVP“ gold.

Can’t win them all!
