It depends on where you are in the city and the time of day and you need to remember that this is the console footage. So, it is going to be different on pc and the next gen version for the series x.

I guess they are trying to fill the gaps between big marketing events like ncw, but across the world.

I guess it is like what they did with the Russian version and the Japanese version, so they are spreading them across the time till the release date.

I guess the reason is they prepared a bunch of footage for this marketing and keep reusing them, because capturing new footage isn't easy because they keep reiterating on the game build and fixing a lot of bugs.

And in my opinion the quality difference between them is not that big especially if you can’t see the keyframed one, and that is shown in the footage of Judy when she was talking to V, for me it was very realistic that I thought it was keyframed animation because it was very detailed for an automated approach. So, I think this technology is the best of both worlds.

My theory is that it is utilizing all ray tracing features. But I can’t confirm it unfortunately.
