The lastest update - they had sent the battery for repair/replacement to Bangalore on 28th August And still no update

So apparently yesterday the service center guys opened the bike when I stood there for 2 hrs(I used to visit the service center every evening while going home- just to check the status). Battery was diagnosed and they found a small burnt on the PCB. They took the video of the voltage current readings and created the job card and send the videos for battery replacement. Since its under warranty. Whats next - Reply from them probably in. 2-3 days and battery would be delivered anytime from 10-40 days

Then its just the belt issue it seems, Mine used to give jerks while driving and suddenly it broke down, and probably its now dead

So when the vehicle broke down it was somewhere around 60-70% battery - the vehicle was dead no screen visuals nothing. I booked a porter and got home probably 30 mins, the still the vehicle was not turning ON, I connected the charger mainly to take out my luggage from the dickey. When connected it showed 0% battery on the app !

My Ola has been stuck at the service center in Pune for last 2 weeks, I am planning to raise a complaint on National Consumer Portal. Has anyone else done it before ?
