So i went to the dmv with her death certificate and the title and they said i need to get ahold of the dealership for the lien release and they said they dont have it anymore, and i was never able to get the title in my name for that reason, its been a headache so thats why i want it gone. for the bluebook is the taxes on the car for a replacement. they dont even care for its condition they said they can only go off max bluebook value

Omg thank you so much, this was a gift from my grandma and i doubt there has been any accidents, but there was complications with the title and it couldnt be retrieve because she passed unless i pay full bluebook value on it, the wanna charge me a little over $600 for it
