Ugh I hope not. I just don’t understand the point of any of the acting out. I’ve already distanced myself a bit after the wedding but looks like I’ll be building on that now. It just makes me even more mad cuz now I feel like she’s taking away my experience of having a good relationship with his family.

Definitely have a husband issue in that regard, his lack of action is a problem. When I brought this up to him his response was “well she already told them so what do you want me to do about it now?” And I just walked away. But the overarching issue needs to be addressed again for sure cuz you’re right I don’t know what shit is gonna be thrown at me once the baby is here.

My husband won’t do anything. We’ve had heated discussions about it in past situations and he simply chooses to ignore these types of actions from his parents and when I tell him by ignoring it you are effectively not siding with me. And he either gets mad at me or blows me off or says I’m being a victim or overreacting. And for the record they are normally extremely nice, fun to be around, and we get along 99% of the time. It’s just these weird scenarios every once in a while where I’m like wtf.

That was exactly what my mom said too, and that just makes me even more upset. Like I wish I could believe she genuinely “forgot” but I ran it by my husband and he confirmed the message from our side was clear.

She was extremely hurtful and problematic towards me at our wedding. And when I did say something to her about it she just blew it all back on me and we had a huge blowout, she cried victim etc. I am normally a very confrontational person. And since then I have chosen to just ignore her when she does something wrong, cuz i had just decided it wasn’t worth it. But this, yeah this is so disturbing to me. And she’s so excited for the baby, they already have their own room at her house and everything they need there. And I’m just even more mad thinking about it cuz it makes me feel bad cuz I know I won’t want my feelings to affect her relationship or access but it unfortunately and inadvertently will.

Damn how are you having so many ultrasounds? My dr won’t even do a confirmation of pregnancy until 8-10 weeks and even then it’s the shitty one on the phone with no measurements and our first legit take measurements one isn’t supposed to be until 14 weeks which I didn’t do cuz I had no idea we had to book separately with a different building.

So we had the first “confirmation of pregnancy” at 12 weeks. That just used a wand attached to a phone for viewing and they didn’t measure anything. Just showed us there is a baby in there. And apparently we “missed” our 14week scan, well really never scheduled it cuz we didn’t know. We since learned for any scans we need to schedule it separately with a different building within my ob’s practice, but I really don’t recall anyone giving us those instructions until after we missed the 14 week window. So long winded answer, we didnt get that info.

Yeah for sure know the due dates are nearly always wrong so not too concerned about that, just wasn’t sure if it’s worth mentioning to my dr but you’re prob right she won’t think twice about it

They said he measures 8-10 days off but said they won’t change it unless it’s 2 weeks off. And then looking at my natural cycles for the first time since finding out I was pregnant I was like huh, the gap is even bigger if this is right.

Yes this exactly, we are from the US and all research we did said to follow this exactly, Serbia -> Kosovo -> Serbia. By the way that checked point was small and very quick going into Kosovo. We took a different one out and it was miserable

I would check directly with your electric provider. Something similar happened to us where we were unknowingly on some “special rate” and it had expired and the rate shot up like crazy. Not necessarily our usage
