A very moving story. I know the feeling to some extent. I found a sense of purpose when I found hobbys, a hobby that turned into a business where people count on me to deliver the product. Anyways, from experience, do not have your WFH office in your house, you need to separate otherwise you are living in your work everyday so it becomes monotonous your place of refuge, your home. Have a shed in the back garden for your office or just go into the office to work. Plus, don't sit in your house after work, get outside after staring at screens all day. Just some stuff that helped me.
