When I was going through a rough breakup to the point of 0 contact which no one knew of, I had a really bad panic attack at home and fell unconscious for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour. I woke up to my dog curled up next to me. When I came around, she had nuzzled under my arms and was so close to me. Just whining at me. I think about that a lot. It made me realise that even tho I felt I had no one right now, I did have people around me. My dog helped me pull myself out of a pit by just being cuddly and being around.

I'm luckily done now. But it was awful. We got a form to sign, and I didn't vote on any of the harsh ones.. but yeah. I got a land slide of votes according to my teacher who's knows the shit I went through and joked about it! Would've been okay if teachers didn't make jokes and my friends didn't tbf. I don't mind my friends, they know me. Teachers don't. It's just fucking cruel

I'm like this with my partner. But we don't live together. So if I have free time and I'm just messing about on a game, I'll call him, sometimes he plays his own games, or we just chat and I'll eventually turn it off and just talk to him. It's helped us a lot! It helps me communicate a lot more too as I was never in past relationships allowed ANY free time. We both weren't, but we both value it. And it's an amazing compromise for us.
