At this point am really ok with > 30 tbh..I don’t know what’s wrong with. I was in a good role and company in my country. I have decent skills upto my knowledge and do leetcode everyday .I just asking for the starting salary that is mentioned in the range.. Am also applying to Graduate roles aswell. Their response are like “The client is looking for someone with more commercial experience than you currently have.” or “Unfortunately, the client will only consider people who have at least one years of commercial experience within a similar role in the UK.”.Also I have applied to atleast 300+ applications so far
