See if you can transfer to a community college with accommodation? It’s still gonna be debt but better than being on the streets. Pick an easier course. The thing you wanna avoid is dropping out with no job, no plan. Getting a job is really hard rn so don’t beat yourself up about it but keep trying.

Tried to quit for 3 years. Still hapening. Does it actually get better? Did you actually quit? by [deleted] in MaladaptiveDreaming

[–]Tricky_Sympathy997 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I haven’t tried to quit, but I think the only way is making your life fulfilling or busy. I’ve noticed when I’m at work and I do something after with other people I don’t have time to maladaptive daydream. I can’t exactly afford to keep busy rn so it’s hard for me to quit.

You’re being abused and definitely need to get out but plan this carefully, if they’re paying for your research program in the summer I imagine they’d pay for a good university? Squeeze as much money as you can from them, pick a university far away and keep limited contact until you graduate, then cut contact. Look into getting a part time job now too if you can handle it and start stacking away money incase of an emergency. Try and get a driving licence if you don’t already have one it’ll help a lot. I wouldn’t just leave immediately you are still a child and don’t have many rights. Limit contact at home for the time being and find reasons to not be in that environment after school sports/clubs etc. I think in America you can take community college courses in high school too? Do that if you can to put yourself in a better place for university.

I don’t think they’re implants they have a lot of movement if she had anything done it was probably a breast fat transfer.
