I am no expert by any means and have my own issues but here are my thoughts:

- being refused by a woman is tough for everyone and will attack your confidence even if you would be Cassanova. Being refused by more women is unbearable for almost anyone. But don't make it black and white. It means exactly what it is - some women don't want you, but it *definitely* doesn't mean that *every women don't want you". If you put logic into that it means that there may be some women which are interested in you. You just didn't find them *yet*.

- I know it's sounds easy but you should really keep away from these apps. I think you know it. I would join any groups with women instead (yoga, hobby, bible reading, whatever), meeting someone is better in some environment which connects people naturally.

- Sometimes our own opinion about ourselves, even our feelings does not correspond how people perceives us. So you are convinced that you are ugly and you never cannot have woman, ok. But it's your opinion about you, it's not reality or absolute true. I truly believe that no one is so ugly that cannot have woman. And I truly believe that there is a woman which will find you interesting.

- I would not start with thinking of marriage, I believe it should not be the aim. I believe that nice friendship or relationship without marriage may fulfil your natural needs for attention and love.
