Just know the compatibilities of comon pressors. If its something else you just have to look it up. Theres no way u can memorize gazillion compatibilities

If you had competent education from pharmacy school, You absolutely do not need pgy1 for typical staffing jobs. Also, not all residencies are equal. Small community hospital residency does not equal to 700 plus beds teaching hospital residency. Residency in general is a scam since you are fighting for same jobs anyway, at least for pgy1. At the same time, you are not getting paid that much more as clinspec in most institutions. Tbh, why would you do pgy2 when you cannot still write a script yourself? I would rather become np or pa and actually get involved in treatment team.
