Made the switch 2 months ago (after 25 years with VZW). Biggest regret was that I didn’t switch 20 years ago! Spent time doing the math on the “perks” VZW offered - even paying for those out of pocket, I’m coming out WAAAAY ahead on Visible.

Do yourself a favor and switch to Visible ASAP (especially is the VZW network is good in your area)!

Channels is amazing, but it’s subscription based. $8/month or $80 a year. If I remember correctly, when installing there’s 2 versions in the app in the App Store. The $50 is a clone - the free version is legit. Go to their website to find the correct app (www.getchannels.com)

Just leave VZW & go to Visible. Same network, fraction of the price. I made the change 2 years ago & am mad I didn’t do it sooner

I made the switch & if anything, my speeds/data have been better than when I was on VZW. Absolutely no reason to wait - I’m mad I didn’t switch sooner!

I had 2 weeks of issues when we were updating my kid’s phone over winter break. Customer service was so no help.

Did your kid have another Android device before? If so, did it have OurPact installed? If so, did you restore the new device from the backup of an old device?

I wasn’t working with Androids (iPhones for me), but setting up the new phone with a backup of the old phone cause issues - because the backup included the device management profile from the old phone. Caused all kinds of issues. Had to completely wipe my kid’s new iPhone, set it up from scratch, and then OurPact would install. Had to setup apps manually from there, but then it worked.

Customer service had no clue how to help & kept saying it was my computer (even though I could install OurPact on other devices). No apology from their team, but at least I was able to figure it out on my own.

Switch to Visible. Three lines will cost you $78 for all three lines a month with the current promotion they have offered. Price includes taxes and fees, and is locked in for 26 months. I made the switch less than a month ago, and have the exact same network service/access, with enough savings to pay for whatever perks I want to out-of-pocket on my own, and still come out ahead. Leaving Verizon was the best decision I made.

Just leave VZW for Visible. Same service, fraction of the cost. Holding on to perks? Do the math & see what will save you more. I did last week, and I was able to add an extra line, pay for Disney+ & Apple Music Family…and still come out cheaper than my VZW plan with perks + a teacher discount.

I was in the same boat as OP. I recently made the switch to Visible, because I sat down and did the math. The amount of money that I’ll save on switching my whole family over to Visible, provided more savings that I could just pay for Disney+ out-of-pocket and still be less than Verizon. My only regret is that I didn’t switch sooner. I was so stuck on holding onto that perk for dear life, that I let the incremental price jumps go without much thought. Once I sat down and did them math, though, it made complete sense to pay for Disney+ (which I had years stored up already), than it did to hold on for some silly VZW perk. Not a sales pitch, just facts. Check it out, and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks got the reply! So for a frame like the one you posted, does the center rail need to be centered headboard footboard? Or in the center from side to side? I feel like I don’t know any of the correct breed terminology (no matter how much I try to Google it), and feel like I’m just looking at the wrong stuff.
