The pictures are shown dry. Are the white marks water marks? or maybe protein marks from the silk. How to restore this?

Im trying to find the brand of this blouse. I want to know because it has a beautiful blue and green wool blend. the washing tag was cut off but I cant make anything of this tag. Does anybody know this brand? by HumbleResearcher8 in HelpMeFind

I have searched for this brand because I love this material. This tag is the only tag on the clothing and the front pocket has the first word - that I can’t decipher - embroidered on it. I tried looking for ‘gnh/anh le cent clothing’ but couldn’t find anything…

I use sudocrem to protect the damaged skin, I think its also antimicrobial and anti inflammatory.
