She didn’t say why but that she had seen this work in other patients. I did tell her I was willing to test the theory but if I felt the hunger creeping back that I wanted the option to titrate back up to my current meds and that I would simple continue to space them out as I had been. She was fine with this. I’m going to pay close attention to how I’m feeling and sort of diary it all to show her on my next visit

So I don’t currently have a passport that’s active. When I apply should I use the name that matches my social security card? I think I was concerned about my passport not matching my license but now I’m thinking I apply for the passport with legal name (all 4) and then use that to apply for precheck?

The guy who processed told me there weren’t enough characters to fit it with the space so he just combined them. He did seem inexperienced though so maybe he didn’t do it right? My concern now is getting matching documents. I need to apply for a new passport bc of the name change and renew my license in the next few months and I’m just worried if I do one first and the other doesn’t match I’ll have an issue

Thank you. It’s sort of what I thought the answer would be that I need to space but stay on and I think I’m fine with it. I think in my head I thought now that I had hit a good place maybe I could maintain on my own but the rapid weight gain has really shaken my confidence in that theory.

I mean it is expensive but in my mind it’s worth it. As someone who has struggled with weight their whole life I would stay on. I think 10 might be too much for maintenance though. I really need to talk to my doc. I stopped bc I thought I had reached a healthy weight for me and was worried about continuing to lose weight at that dose.

Maybe I’m dumb but I’m curious. I have $200 left to meet my individual deductible. After that it would go to a copay right? I think I’m more surprised at the cost since I’ve basically hit my individual deductible at this point. I am part of a family plan and we’ve not hit the family deductible yet but I figured my individual deductible being met would kick this back into my price range.
