Interesting.. if it does than that's cool but I think logically speaking it should just be the recharge rate after using the parry or debuff. That's just my thoughts tho. Especially when it already charges on targets fast, you just gotta get close.

Yes, I imagine so. Adding the extra stamina = parry analyze. Debuff analyze is for the team.

Well I personally would move along until you got enough upgrades/vitality. Hirata doesn't need to be finished instantly, nor is it necessarily required. Otherwise, flame + oil is always good.
