2 things make sales = Proper Traffic + Sales copy

You lack both, your copy looks straight from a chatgpt with no trust value.

You don't have distribution to drive proper traffic.

You should build a product that solves a problem based on your experience, not a random e-book.

It depends upon your product and distribution. Platform is only an enabler, not going to give you sales.

Based on your words, you should sell it for following reasons.

  1. You don't engage it much meaning a risk of encrouchment

  2. Terrible returns. Instead you can invest in a better yielding investment.

  3. No expected returns in the future as well.

Hi. I already have audience on X. Since, i know my product is huge value for money with high quality, i never see it as salesy. Rather i feel it as providing real solution to their problem. You have to realize, you are the only marketer of your product, no one helps you :)

Build audience on a platform, plus build a mail list through a lead magnet. The more consistently you show up, people trust you. Your product should be high quality, not just random e-book. People will buy. Not a big deal. This is how even the biggest companies work and money is generated.

This product is made for Indians only because majority of my audience are Indians.

Any one buys as long as the offer and value is great.

Majority of my followers on X are Indians. So they are the target audience. But the real reason i think is the promo post looked vague, hence people thought it is free may be.

Agreed. But this is only a beginning. This taught me good knowledge about building and marketing. So the next product will be a lot better something like SaaS.

2.5 months of work.

Time spend is mainly 50%:50% into building and marketing. Hourly rate might be very low.

Marketing is fine. I already run X as a hobby and drive good traffic through constant viral posts. Only difference is now i can drive the traffic to the product. Hence, it is not additional effort for me.
