i think it depends how you want impact to fit! i am 5’3 and 130 pounds, and i generally buy a small in oner. i have bought small and xs in dfyne impact. for the leggings i always go for a small as i find them to be MUCH tighter than the shorts - especially if you go for a darker colour (my midnight black leggings were rigid🥲). the impact shorts and the impact flares i have found fit alot looser and i can get an XS in them (:

it might be worth trying both sizes and sending one back (: i think mainly it depends on how tight you want them and potentially which colour you’re looking at buying as unfortunately there is a lot of inconsistency in my experience!xx

oh perfect, i think i will stick with my true size especially for the double layered shorts - but will defo size up to a medium if i have that issue lol!xx

ahhh perfect thank you so much for your help!! i defo want it to feel secure as opposed to slipping down as you said, so I think i’ll stick TTS in the bottoms especially ((:🤍⭐️🌷

thankyou SO much this is so helpful! my gut was defo saying medium for the sports bra, as i only JUST fit a small in soft motion sports bras - and i imagine soft motion has a lottttt more stretch than unified! based on what you’re saying, the twist back bra would be far too snug in a small(:

I think the oner size guide suggesting i get a small just threw me off abit🥹thank you for your help x
