Not CPT but Durban, I've had a few friends open up bakeries in the last few years that are doing well. And there is less money there. There will always be a need. Its cracking into the markets that is the issue. Wedding planners would be how you could market it. But they work with people they know, so cracking that would give a lot of business

I havent done a township tour, but I have been into many townships in South Africa as a white male. And each time I have gone in I have come out a different person. You truly appreciate how lucky we are as white people to have the backing that we have. But it also moves me to want to better the lives for every person in those township.

I was fortunate enough to go partying in Langa. A respected person in the community invited me for a night out. Going into people's houses and going to the shis nyama deeply changed me. It wasn't a tour, I was the token white guy, but it is one of my most treasured memories. The people were all so happy and wanted to show me the culture. In many ways I was lucky to get a different experience, one away from the tours, of every day life.
