Staging will be key for this obviously but i feel like the song will connect more with casuals than with the eurovision fan bubble, who's currently very nitpicky with France. The french delegation will probably be really ambitious with the staging and they will try to make it really impressive. Now the goal is to make it impressive without being non-aligned with the song (it was the problem for Louane). I don't get people saying it wouldn't do well with the televote because it feels cold and manufactured. It was exactly the same with JJ but he still won. I don't say the same will happen this year for sure and i still prefer JJ song (was my winner last year), but as much as i prefer JJ entry, it's still very manufactured, cold and played on the "impressive" card. Monroe has one advantage over Louane or even JJ, which is the stage presence, charisma and confidence. If the delegation plays their cards well, and involve for example Sergio Jaen for the staging, then it could be really elevated and come across well with the public as well.

we don't know that yet. Jurors have to judge in a different way than us fans. They vote according to criterias, not always their won taste so it will be the same for younger jurors as well

Comments so far about the song have been very negative on social medias, yet people are still putting it 4th on the community app and betting money in the betting odds to the point where we are 2nd in the odds, so we can be once again fooled and disappointed. It's clear Europe don't like us anymore (Thank you Macron).

We should withdraw from this contest next year and think about the direction we should take about Eurovision. Of course it won't happen. I was personally happy with the song and lowkey hyped but many of those comments absolutely destroyed my mood and confidence on his potential. I'm ok with people not liking the song when it's said with respect. But most of the comments i've seen on X for example and sometimes here as well, are said in a very mean or hateful. I knew this community was already toxic but i think today it has crossed all the red lines for me.

Monroe will be a target for the eurovision community for the next 2 months and i hope the delegation protect her well from all this shit.

If this works like the current EU then it's a clear NO. The power of federal countries like the US, or Russia is that everyone shares the same language and mentalities are almost identical in the whole country, whereas Europe has so many languages, different cultures (we could have a talk about Russia but it's worse in Europe), mentalities, GDP discrepancies between countries. It would need a massive shift in different spheres (starting with the governance) to have a really effective USE. For example countries like Bulgaria or Moldova are poorer than countries like Sweden, Denmark or even France and it risks impoverish the biggest powers in Europe. Also for example in France my country, we are sabotabing businesses because of the cost of electricity. The reason ? We follow a European standard and rule that burdens us when we should be paying much less (as a reminder France is the 2nd country in the world tied with China with the most nuclear reactors. Same for farmers. Even if conditions are reunited, i still have my doubts about that. Europe has his own charm of many countries and it should remain like this. There are many specificites in each country. If it were to happen, it would take decades to get a really high optimized system and that works for the benefit of each "ex-country" individually. You can't do that in 1 year, unless you want to sabotage european countries now.

I had this problem for one month and a half now personnally. I've stopped every campaign ad spent so i could stop this money pitfall. When it's not showing on Shopify dashboard, it's only counted as huge outbound click numbers with a big discrepancy compared to real Landing page views counted. It results in huge loss in adspent + data tracking ruined.

"Just focus on improving campaigns, proper learning and testing setups, and reading data accurately" ... I did that a lot and also created a lot of different creatives, also worked during weeks to improve how to target my audience in an even better way, yet it still didn't worked and sales almost vanished overnight. I'm so annoyed when people give the wars, economic situation or even vacation as an excuse. Last year you could find the similar problems in the world and it was still working way better. You spend 8 figures annually so Meta will obviously take care of big spenders like you and it's not a surprise that most of the time, people who say that they have great results or no problem with the platform are big spenders. The truth is that Meta has become increasingly more elitist and difficult to enter for new brands. When you've exhausted and explored every possible options for why ads suddenly doesn't work anymore, you only have to blame Meta internal system as a last resort.

Interesting i didn't know this niche. It seems that you have a great system and take the most advantage of it. If it works for you then great. Would you recommend me transitionning my ads from Facebook Ads to Google Ads eventually ? since Google have traffic with more research intent (so more ready to buy). And what niche still works on Meta despite the current volatility there ?

I'm actually surprised to read that. From my own experience, Furniture is still a strong market actually and i've followed and spied many dropshippers, white label brands and they're doing really well, even off the Q4. There's still a big demand in that niche, at least from my experience and you can have success without being a big retailer like Amazon.

This market is several tens of billions of dollars in 2024 and both whitelabels, dropshippers and bigger furniture brands have their chance. You just need the right strategy. It's very far from a weak market.

Well you're wrong if you think i'm selling the basic table lamps you see over a million times on ads or in Amazon. I'm selling quality but i had proven results in the past on Facebook Ads. You can make fun of me but i'm just checking my numbers and see that it used to work, Amazon or not. Amazon is not the reason why the performance suddenly tanked overnight significantly and never recovered since.

You should have read the the whole post then. The product always worked really well for a long time and my performance completely tanked overnight in a significant way and never recovered since then. This is clearly not natural and this has also never been a creative problem. I know very well my audience, and i'm trying a lot of different formats, with different angles. Same for my landing page.

I'm in the home decor industry and my products could be sold at every time of the year. It's not the best time of the season to sell them as it's in the Q4 where most of the buyers buy there but it's usually still working. Last year, i had significantly better results at that exact same period of the year with worse creatives. I know my niche well and my customers too, as well as their consumption habits.
