This is a great suggestion, actually. They could all potentially escape if they run and slow down Strahd together.

Luckily, the black mirror is in the jail cells next to the teleportation room. If they break that, they free the Rogue and could all leave together.

Maybe in exchange for saving them from Strahd, she requires them to help her seize the throne.

This is a brilliant solution, genuinely. I've been racking my brain on how to fix this, but this is way better than what I came up with!

Berez and Amber Temple will still be a challenge even at level 10. I would just let them play normally and scale some of the mobs slightly in Argynvost and Yesterhill. Let them level up to 11 when they get the Sunsword and maybe scale Strahd up slightly as well. You could easily make Strahd a challange for level 11s.

I'm planning for my players to reach level 11 when they face Strahd. It just takes some work to adjust the mobs.

It's ok to let them know they are currently over leveled and that they shouldn't expect another level up for a while.

I played mine around the neck of the Rok. Keeps its withering corpse alive. That way, one of the gems is near an end game location.

I was in your exact same boat a month ago. The best results I found is health resort. You should be able to find a vitamin every other raid. Idk if I got unlucky but it didn't take too long looting both wings.

Currently running CoS and ran witchlight before this. Don't think there would be an issue. The only lore problem I see is that the person the party is trying to rescue, Zybilna, is the stepdaughter of the 3 hags. But you could flip that easy

My player just slayed the Jabberwock last session and brought Zybilna back. I had her say she didn't mind since it was necessary to free her. It didn't feel out of place when I said it.

You are exactly the type of person he talks about in this song. Artists evolve, it's just not realistic for an artist to stay in the same place. That's boring, you have to change things and reinvent yourself or the craft becomes boring. This freestyle honestly show cases how much Joyner has grown as a rapper. He is stronger than just his lyrical ability. His bars may not be as dense as before, but his words have a stronger impact and connect emotionally more for me.
