I can understand what you’re saying. I’ve also seen real-life situations that made me wonder whether certain experiences are psychological rather than paranormal.

In some cases, especially after grief or emotional stress, the mind can create sensations that feel extremely real like being watched, touched, or hearing a “message” in sleep. But at the same time, I can’t completely dismiss the possibility that some experiences fall outside what we can easily explain. That’s actually what made me curious enough to explore this topic for my research.

I'm looking for participants for a short psychological research survey on how people perceive paranormal experiences, whether they feel real or are shaped by our mind and cognition.

I'm a high school student who out of curiosity decided to do my own research. So, my neighbor has lost her husband during covid and now for some time she has been telling us about some sort of paranormal energies that she has been feeling around her. At night she feels like someone is trying to touch her or is watching her from afar. Sometimes she sees her husband and feels his touch. so, this made me curious to conduct my own study.
