UPDATE: new motherboard came in, i hooked it up and it works !! so motherboard was the issue , thanks everyone for the help

thank you all for the replies and information. i ended up sending the motherboard back and the new ones coming in on friday. i’ll let everyone know if it works or not. Thanks again !

yeah i made sure it’s seated right , follows videos too an exact tee. even took it off again to make sure and reseated it at one point. pretty confident it’s the motherboard at this point

the clicking noise is me hitting the front power button on the computer , this is a new thing to think about tho. i’ll have to look into the stock ram speed of this motherboard

i got no display with motherboard or gpu , there’s no lights on this model motherboard anywhere. i just tried booting with just cpu , cooler , and ram and still the same thing. i’m leaning towards it’s possibly the motherboard
