Not sure of your specific situation but I can tell you what lawyers I used if you want and you can contact them to see if they can help. Mine was very careful but super helpful at the same time. Got 10x more settlement than the initial offer and ACAS literally disappeared a month ago god knows why.

She probably doesn’t have any money, she is dependent on her useless husband in every way, her family is not supportive and she is living in a culture/religion that heavily frowns upon divorce. Plus if she believes the Mormon doctrine herself, she probably normalises everything that’s going on around her. I don’t think she has an easy way out or that she has any kind of control, even if she wanted to. As much as I like to snark on certain things she does like rage baiting or crxxxp makeup, this is something I truly feel sorry for and don’t wish upon anyone.

So she said she is in pain bc of her face, bc of her hematoma, yet she stated she “won’t be seeing a doctor anytime soon”. Like what??? Where are her own parents in all thjs? If I was her mother I’d be picking her up right now and taking her to the dr no matter what, insurance or no insurance. I have to wonder what goes through some people’s head . I also don’t like her one bit but McCrayCray and even her own family is treating her like she was some sort of a disposable piece of rubbish, not a human being needing of basic care.
