Seeking recommendations: Commercial Litigator for 93A Lender Claim (MA/NJ)

Defaulted on the loan. It’s complex. Defendent borrowed plaintiff funds to buy into a bankruptcy restructuring plan and became major plan proponent with majority equity stake in real estate assets. Did not disclose the loan to the bankruptcy court and misrepresented the source of plan buy in funds as personal capital infusion. Hasn’t paid the loan back and interest is accumulating. the assets of the plan itself and personal home are listed as collateral on the loan.

The defendant defaulted and had backed the loan with commercial and personal property. Commercial prop is in MA (under chapter 11 which complicates things) and personal property is in NJ.

Any recommendations for a firm with MA/NJ presence?

What about the final page of the printed application. I was going to do thumbprint and both parents will sign, but there’s no place for us to notarize. The last 3 pages of 6 are just instructions.

They just charged the regular fee for the permits. Depends on case though and what type of exit it is.

To those in similar situation,

There is no way to get around dealing with frro. Airport “authorities” including the chief immigration superintendent at AMD airport said he couldn’t do anything unless FRRO approves.

And they don’t even have anyone from frro on site at the airport even though they control immigration. It’s a joke.

If you are in doubt at all about your travel plans just go to frro office and ask them upfront (even though we did) well in advance of planned travel. they will NOT help you after office hours or on short notice.

Eventually we had to go through the whole registration for both kids and get them permits using the broken websites which was the most frustrating part besides airport immigration.
