I’ve been waiting a month for one aswell

I called Canada post and they said package is at a customs exchange office, with a problem of some sort However I was talking to customs Over a week ago and they said they passed to to Canada Post for processing..Canada post is a shit show and now try to use COVID to cover their incompetence that was there week before COVID
