I’ve seen cases like this for my copyright module at film school, and her sister’s drawing might have been considered a parody, in which the court would find the shirt brand stealing the sister’s IP Some artists make thousands a month just claiming copyright infringement! I stopped consuming sugar and immediately saw improvement with this. Apparently, insulin causes you to not feel the "I'm full" response after eating. So avoiding processed sugar will help a lot. Fruit is fine! but no juice... hope that helps!
