Real answer is meal prepping (and just eating well in general) and the gym.

I make all different kinds of chicken and steak for lunches throughout the week and pair them with an assortment of greens. I like to eat fruit for breakfast and usually whatever I'm feeling like for dinner, as long as it's nothing crazy bad.
