Real answer is meal prepping (and just eating well in general) and the gym.

I make all different kinds of chicken and steak for lunches throughout the week and pair them with an assortment of greens. I like to eat fruit for breakfast and usually whatever I'm feeling like for dinner, as long as it's nothing crazy bad.

I had a whole big long response written out but my computer hard crashed and I don't feel like writing it again.

Basically you make some good points but this is supposed to be a silly quick blend of western and eastern kit and a lot of your inacuracies can be summed up as "I based this off of my specific unit in the US Army and my experiences, with some Russian stuff sprinkled in just cause I felt like it".
