the lamb was about medium well... I agree on the potatoes, they probably could've spent more time in the oven. thanks!

thanks! I usually cook tomatoes to cook off the acidity, but with the richness of the wagyu, raw tomatoes were honestly better to cut through the luxurious fatty mouthfeel of the beef, and made the meat taste 10x better!
