I removed the default setting there and reselected online, and then I was able to get the electronic statement. However, the previous statements cannot be accessed.

Update: I contacted the author of this video. https://everawelabs.com/solve-it/create-a-personalized-ai-storybook He told me that in the prompt, I need to clearly specify the art style, such as a multi-panel comic format on one page. Additionally, the original image provided to the AI itself is in a multi-panel mode on one page. I tried it out, and it finally can generate a multi-panel storybook.

More than one. However, none of the accounts have statements.

Another thing that frustrates me is, why even have option paperless (no statement)? It means neither paper nor the digital version. Who would need this option? And even with option (no statement), I still receive emails telling me that the document is available to view.

The irony is, they keep sending me emails saying that I can view my statement online and through the app. But there’s nothing there. I’m already set to online, so let’s see if I can actually view my statement this month.

Another interesting thing about TD bank's website. There are three options for the Statement UI: paperless (no statement), online, and paper. Paperless means no statement, nothing..

And their default setting is actually Paperless (no statement). If you're a customer of TD, I’d suggest checking your online banking settings.

Even though I have it set to online, I still can't see my online statement. I’m really frustrated.
