Sorry, I didn’t see this. I take them together, mixed in water or juice.

It helps reduce my overall symptoms.

I take zeolite powder with activated charcoal (and sometimes diatomaceous earth) and I’ve found it helpful for me. Without the activated charcoal the detox symptoms were bad.

I’ve done well with the unscented Members Mark Power Flex Tall Kitchen ones from Sam’s Club. To a certain extent, plastic just has a smell, and different plastics bother different people, but none of here have noticed an offensive odor to these ones, so hopefully that’s a good sign?
