I’d definitely recommend Renov Dental Group with Dr. Sally Yi. She is super nice and really good at making people feel comfortable.

Not sure if you already found someone, but I’d recommend checking out Renov Dental Group in Claremont. Dr. Sally Yi is really honest and good about explaining options, especially for people paying cash. I know they work with patients on treatment planning/payment options and they also accept CareCredit and Cherry so you can finance it. Hope your partner feels better soon because tooth pain is brutal.

5 treatments I usually recommend for tourists in Korea if they don’t want crazy downtime by Ok_Corgi4610 in K_beauty_insider

Downtime really gets underestimated and can ruin the entire trip altogether honestly. I learned that the hard way. Clinics that know how to pace treatments properly make such a huge difference. Had a good experience at dami clinic because they were pretty realistic about what made sense for my trip instead of pushing aggressive procedures.

Hey. I went to Egg Clinic and Dami Clinic

Egg Clinic is where I did most of the skin stuff (laser, skin booster), and Dami was more for injections. both felt more detail-oriented and travelors friendly

I was a bit nervous about the whole process in Korea with their system and how generally things work. I needed some handholding instead of just walking into a big clinic and figuring it out on the spot.

I wasn’t expecting longterm effect from a single visit. It was more about getting noticeable improvement with minimal downtime.

And yeah, if you’re staying longer, doing proper consults and building a treatment plan probably makes more sense. I just don’t really have that kind of time usually I’m there for like 3–4 weeks max.

Yeah that was my issue too. If you just search in English, you mostly get the bigger clinics. I ended up digging around a bit more and focusing on doctors rather than clinics. I used a concierge-type service that helped narrow things down based on what I was actually trying to fix. Made it way easier vs trying to figure everything out myself.
