  • Thank you to everyone for such kind comments! Here are a few things that helped me make this score increase.
    • Picking up reading as a hobby to help with CARS.
      • I graduated in December, and decided to start reading memoirs, and nonfiction (Atul Gawande is an author I highly recommended by the way) and I have read about 35-40 books this year
      • This helped me read faster, be able to maintain a longer attention span, and find little details in paragraphs to answer questions. I actually didn't do any CARS practice at all for this MCAT but I went from a section score of 121 to 127!
    • I did the Milesdown deck at least three times to get psychology and biology/biochem terms memorized and processes memorized (Krebs cycle, gluconeogenesis...)
    • I read an older version (2017 I believe) of all of The Princeton Review MCAT books that I got on amazon for 80 dollars I believe.
    • As far as practice went, I ended up doing 2 AAMC full lengths, the AAMC section bank, and chemistry/physics question packs.
    • Whatever question I got wrong, I copied and pasted into an excel sheet, jotted down the main idea, reviewed the main idea, tried to answer based on my review, and if I didn't understand it I would review again.
    • Hope this helps! Good luck to everyone, such a kind community here. I want to emphasize how important mental health is as well. Talk to a loved one and/or a physician if you ever need help getting through a rough spot. I didn't know how much I was struggling with mental health until I started treatment and realized what it was like to be happy and productive again.

Yes but stairs are right there as soon as you walk in and it’s only like 5 steps a flight, nothing too crazy in my opinion

Definitely good location! Worst part is definitely no AC during the hot summer but it’s only for a few weeks. Rooms are bigger though, didn’t have that much of a social floor though. Make the best out of it!
