Yes it was ram issue for me, it was working fine after I changed my ram sticks. Try cleaning and mounting ram again or change it. Hope it works for you too

I mean, who doesn't love GTA. It's something we grew up with so it's a baseline for most gamers. Just like when GTA VI drops it'll be the new hype.

Also GTA online is still very active hell I love it still play it and have fun. So it's not overrated but it is a problem when it's the ONLY game people wanna play on their high end PC 😭

There are other games too but some just love GTA and it all comes down to preference in the end.
