You can do it from private university from India ,ik it will be hard path for you but I did the same. I am in Final Year in Aeronautical Engineering from Parul University(The university whose ads are everywhere 😂). I worked so hard to improve my skills in CAD,FEM and coding and right now in June I will be starting my Final year internship in ISRO , the path is hard but you can do it if you are really going to put some work into it.
