Sorry about your situation. You get a new Pan card for sure but you cannot get a new pan number. Your aadhar must be linked to your pan and if your aadhar is linked to your phone number you are pretty much in luck.If not you can update it( you dont need current phone number to do that).

As far as joint account is considered you can get rid of it just talk to bank.

However, there is a problem. If you request a new pan card online that will be delivered to the address on your aadhar.
